Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, failed flashing and storm damage fixed properly, so the repair lasts as long as the roof around it.
You cannot see most of your roof from the ground. We get on it, look at every part that fails first, and show you photos of what we find.
On the roof: the condition of the shingles, granule loss, lifted or missing tabs, exposed nails, the flashing at walls and chimneys, pipe boots, valleys, and the ridge. At the edges: drip edge and the fascia behind it. On a flat roof: seams, flashing, drains and any areas where water sits.
Where the attic is accessible, we look at the underside of the deck for stains, daylight and damp insulation. Those signs often show a problem before it reaches a ceiling.
After a storm with high wind or hail. Before you buy or sell a house. When the roof is getting older and you want to plan for its replacement instead of being surprised by it. And any time you see a stain, a drip or shingles on the lawn.

A straight answer. We tell you what needs repair now, what to watch and roughly how much life the roof has left, with photos to back it up. If you do not need a new roof yet, we will say so.
